Premium stopped working
I have sent 3emails because my premium access stopped working unfortunately no reply from ThinkUp and not even an acknowledgement email. Pretty disappointing! If this issue persist I’ll will not renew !
This app is not working
I ordered the lifetime subscription and when I tried to listen to the affirmations it only plays 3 of them and wants me to pay the premium🤔what is going on?

This cant be ignored nor replaced. For positive attitude and auto-suggestion, this app is must.

Overall Great
I actually came in here to give it a one star review because four or five years ago. I paid for the lifetime subscription. And about a year ago, I was shut off and told I had to pay to go premium. I emailed the company twice and I got no response. I’ve been thinking about it a lot and was wishing I could add some more affirmations and went to check it one more time - And I have my access back! So thank you for giving it back to me but because I lost it for a year, I knocked off a star.

No Response to restore lifetime memberships
I purchased several lifetime memberships. I have since changed my email addresses. I sent a copy of the original purchase email and several follow up emails. There has been no response to help restore the account or otherwise communicate.
Getting started
I enjoy this app, but confusing. I’m not sure how to use it and there’s no setting to show you how to use it. As far as going back and editing it and how to switch from categories as if you put your wrong affirmation in the wrong category. And there’s nobody to ask to get help from.

Not as good as I thought
I think this app is alright with creating the affirmations and recording them. I don’t like the recording part, so that’s why I rated it 2 stars

Great App
I love using this app. And I appreciate how helpful and responsive their customer service team is whenever you have questions or need help.
It’s almost perfect
This app is amazing because it lets me record and play affirmations over my own music. The problem is that I can’t adjust the volume enough to lower the music and raise the affirmations. Often, the music drowns out my affirmations, even if I yell them into the recording. Fixing this would make the app perfect.

This is the best affirmations app I have ever seen. You can try it for free! If you choose to do that you can use up to 3 affirmations.They have an extensive library of pre-recorded affirmations, or you can record your own affirmations, which is what I recommend. They have a great video that will explain the best practices so you can get started easily. Just follow those instructions and. Enjoy the results!

Use to be my favorite
I’ve had this app for almost 10 years. Now all of a sudden that I’ve upgraded my iPhone it is charging me. I’m not happy that I can’t access this app more my previous affirmations. It’s very disappointing.
