I have emailed you all regarding to no radio traffic from Franklin county for last month. No email response say looking into it or there is an issue at this time.

We have responded to your email before you wrote this review. As stated this feed is not managed by us. We are working to get it back. Leaving a review like this is absolutely unacceptable and is not relevant to the functionality of the application.
Great App even better server!
This is a great mobile interface to both Rdio Scanner and ThinLine Radio scanner servers. The engineer behind it is very responsive to feedback, feature requests and bug fixes. They’re also in the first responder community so they understand the primary use cases extremely well. The server software has been released in beta since late December 2025 and has come a long way with tons of value add features and functionality!
Only criticism is the sheer amounts of ads you get if you’re not subscribed to the app for $2 /mo which is WELL worth it to support maintenance and upgrades to the server and client apps.

Has a lot of potential
The app is a more modern take on Rdio Scanner and was going to be what I suggest everyone use, but the newly added full screen ads that can’t be dismissed quickly why trying to get to sometimes time sensitive calls is a dealbreaker. Ideally there would be no ads or a low cost one time payment to remove them, but if they must be there, full screen is a complete non-starter.

Go to app settings, scroll down to subscription to remove ads. It’s a low monthly payment that supports the continued development.

Used to be a great app. They’ve sold out now tho. I pay for a subscription and still have to sit through 2 minutes of ads every time I open the app
Need a Magnifying Glass
The app is solid and feature set is amazing. I just can’t give it more than 4 stars because the text on the screen is Microscopic. Need to be able to adjust the text size in the settings. I have a migraine now from trying to read the screen.

Useful for First Responders
This app has been an incredibly useful tool in my role as an on call investigator, not only does it provide me with a nice “heads up” when something is going on within my jurisdiction, it has the ability to replay, and to alert to specific key words that might be relevant to a particular role within first response. Great app developed by great people. Can’t wait to see how it continues to evolve.

Best replacement for Rdio Scanner out there!
We loved using Rdio Scanner for our scanner traffic, but ThinLine takes it to a higher level! ThinLine fixes all the bugs and issues with Rdio Scanner and adds on that, while utilizing a nice clean interface. The developer has been very responsive to bugs and problems and has gone above and beyond to correct them. Our listeners love the app, they love being able to choose the channels they want to listen to across multiple counties.
Definitely get the ad-free subscription. It’s less than $1/month and helps support the developers while 100% improving the experience.

MUST HAVE!
I am a first responder, and this app helps out tremendously! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The creators are always keeping up with updates and making sure everything is working properly ! There are no delays and everything is real time , and can playback radio traffic and everything. Customer service gets back to you almost immediately if you have any issues or need help with something!

Awful
What used to be FREE is now behind a paywall, with a second paywall to get past the terrible ads. This product has done nothing but get worse with terrible loading times and repeating transmissions now and costs more money in every regard. Find literally any other app besides this greedy garbage.

I have been using this app since it all began. It has grown into an awesome app and the coverage area is awesome. Great way to hear comms off duty and great for avid listeners of scanners for public safety. Instant access to live incidents.

Amazing
This is probably the best scanner application I have ever downloaded. When they say Live, they mean Live. The radio transmission must be recorded then immediately played so yes a slight delay but it’s live unlike other apps. The alerts do have some typos but are about 95% accurate!
