Useless
Spent multiple times going to my locker to get kit and returns labels only for the app not to see the locker. Initial phone call advised the battery for the lock was fine but they’d send someone out to fix it. Spoke to sdesk today and advised its fixed, new battery. Tried to open the door on multiple devices, still won’t open.
Wouldn’t recommend for time critical services….

Latest update awful
Cant see my most recent deliveries as the ‘BACK’ button now obscures it after the recent update. The whole idea behind this app to see whats been delivered. Doesn’t anyone from Thinventory actually check out the app after updates? 0 out of 5 if it would let me.
Login, login, login.....
I have the old style manual ByBox and assume that the newer style of app is unsuitable.
A year after leaving my previous review it is still the same. Most other apps don’t require a login after an update:
Why is it necessary to login every time the app is updated? It is frustrating and a waste of time.

Does exactly what it says on the tin works fine for me
Shows locations that are out of operation
Useless as it shows locations that are out of operation and have been for weeks.
