I have worked with a lot of banks over the years, and I feel like it takes this bank so much longer to get things done. Also, I know I enter the correct info, and no matter what, it says I enter the wrong info. Not user friendly.

Terrible iPad OS optimization
This app is terribly optimized for the iPad OS especially with Touch ID models of iPad. App will frequently flash Touch ID prompt multiple times during login or simply fail to launch Touch ID and hold the API preventing all other apps from accessing Touch ID. No app should ever be this broken that it makes other apps on the same OS unusable

The app has a lot of bugs that need fixing! It’s outdated at best and doesn’t allow you access even with the correct credentials. Update your software Third Federal!

Buying Auction Homes
Thought this might be a good fit for buying auction homes, but it takes to long to transfer money, auction.com has to have their money instantly. And getting money back into the account after selling the property needs to be quick. If there are smoother ways to make this happen please advise. Mike Patterson

This has got to be the worst app ever. Almost totally unresponsive

The app is ok, and better then not having anything. It does everything necessary but not in the same league as BOA. Would be nice to see the bank start using zelle!

Modernized with a little old school
Very accommodating staff and fair rates on interest checking and cd’s both short term and long.
I know there are some familiar names with online banking and the rates they offer, however, I feel much more comfortable handing a check to someone personally and walking out with everything complete for a CD or other investment.
Further, if I have a question, I can actually speak to a human very quickly.

Deposit checks issue
With iOS 16.0.3 in iPhone 14 pro, camera doesn’t open properly to deposit checks.

Works well. Very convenient. Getting information in real time.

Check deposit not working since iOS 16. Camera won’t rotate to capture a picture of the check.

Not user friendly. It asked to call you to verify Id for login , but you have only one option on the call, deny your access???
Fix it.
All of your online interfaces are difficult to use.
Deposits posting
Takes days for deposits to post or show through the app! Also terrible that banks do not have atm machines! Very inconvenient!!! Will be switching banks soon
