Terrible amateur app
I’ve never had such a terrible sign-up, renew, payment experience. And asking people to call your 800 number (during bankers hours only) to solve a problem every other business solved online in 2010 is terrible also. They took my subscription money twice, giving me an errors each time, but the charges are on my card, yet I’m still not subscribed. Bang up job PBS New York.

We so look forward to All Creatures Great and Small. The rest of the world stops on Sunday night while we tune in to All Creatures.
Sign In Error
Can't sign in with Apple using the app. I get a blank pop-up screen and that's it. Have no trouble signing in using a browser.
Thirteen is Definitely a Lucky Number
As a PBS MEMBER/SUPPORTER for more years than I can remember. . . at age 80+, I can safely say, “You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby!”.

Horrible
I made an account to watch Finding your roots. I have been to watch only one episode ever since. It keeps asking me to login again and again. When I get to click “play” it cancels and the app shuts down. I always been a fan of Channel 13 but this is ridiculous. I have wasted some time just to login.

App not reliable nor ADA compatible
If you want to cast to your television (and you probably will) you can’t use the closed captioning feature. I can only view foreign language content which comes with captions preloaded. Also you can’t continuously watch episodes without popping in and out of the app.

Impossible to use on Firestick
The app is either slow or broken on Firestick. Each time we must go through a big procedure. NOT HAPPY. May not renew my membership next year.
I love PBS passport.
I love PBS passport but I wish they had the original All Creature Great and Small. The new series is okay but I prefer the one from the 70s and 80s. I really enjoy Call the Midwife.
