Extremely useful, a very fun way to clear up space on your phone!
Simple, but highly effective.
The cost of storing my collection of photos was becoming more expensive. I had tried to have a clear up before but enthusiasm waned quickly. This app makes the job much easier. A simple, clean UI lets me see photos from that day taken over the years. I now have the confidence to delete what is not relevant or doesn’t bring fond memories.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I’ve been looking for a good way to cull old photos and videos to free up storage space and found This Day. This app is simple, elegant, and easy to use, and I love being able to look through old memories. The daily notification feature is really helpful too.

FYI: The “streak” counter does not seem to be working.
Would be nice to be able to play the Live Photos when drilled into the Live Photos picker. It would make it easier to unpick the Live Photos I want to keep.

Almost Perfect
A couple things: when reviewing a single photo, exiting a review page takes you back to the top of the days photos. This means you have to scroll back down to your last position. If you have a lot of photos in a single day this can get a little annoying.
The premium features seem nice, but also seem more like one-time purchase features, rather than something that should be constantly renewed.
Otherwise, this is a very useful utility!

Subscription? Nope
Not sure I’d get value with a one year IAP at that price point. Lots of other options for way less and free.
Awesome idea. Need speed bump
It’s a great idea and a very promising app. The only issue is that it is slow at loading photos from your library and every time you delete a photo it needs to reload the photos again, which takes multiple minutes. I’ll give 4 stars hoping the developer will improve it in the future.

Brilliant idea
Now instead of exclusively doomscrolling - I can relive memories and delete the ones I don’t need anymore while also increasing my storage space!
Feature request! (Unless I missed it): Can’t seem to find an option to view a video/photo that’s shown to be on “td” and click somewhere to bring me exactly where it is in the native photos app so I can favorite it, hide it, move it, edit it, etc.

Simple, useful, easy to use
Takes the overwhelm out of cleaning up photos with the added fun of a multi-year snapshot stroll down memory lane.
Great UI / Real Problem
I like that this is a real problem to solve. I appreciate the sleek UI that makes it easy to use and navigate through photos. For example, I loaded photos and looked for my pictures with Shayne Copland. I was able to select the day of the HBS event and was impressed that all the photos were right there. I look forward to more features from here, especially in capturing semantic meaning from photos.

This app makes going through old photos actually enjoyable instead of overwhelming. Super easy to use and a great way to declutter your camera roll while revisiting memories from past years
