Doesn’t work

App does not open to anything.

Problems!!’

I cannot get the Visual Schedules This for That, or the visual timer apps to function. Tried to download, but i only get a white or black screen after tapping the “get” button. There is no prompt to make a password, etc., just a blank screen. If you have tech support, please contact me. Thanks.
