I cannot get the Visual Schedules This for That, or the visual timer apps to function. Tried to download, but i only get a white or black screen after tapping the “get” button. There is no prompt to make a password, etc., just a blank screen. If you have tech support, please contact me. Thanks.

This app literally does not work for me. I e tried deleting and redownloading, hard restarting my phone, closing the app— all I get is a white screen.
