From pleased to disappointed

I was delighted with this app when I first started using it, but soon became frustrated and disappointed. The first issue was that when I try to use the option to connect to Family Search, the app will not accept my login name or password. I know I was using the correct name and password, for I used it to log into the Family Search web site, and the Family Search app.

The second frustration was that there is no help option in the app.

Third problem came whenI went to the app in the Apple Apps, and when I clicked the “App Support” link, found that it does not work.

I hope these issues can be resolved because I was hoping to use This is Family with my great granddaughters. Please help and fix.
