I think in this stage when the application is still new for us as users it is quite risky to upload the ID
Horribly Delayed Prices & Too Much Bank Fees
This is the only app that gives you delayed stock prices and you have to pay to get the "Luxury" of knowing the actual stock price!!
I excited a sell order at a price certain prince and THE APP TOLD ME THAT I'M SELLING AT THIS PARTICULAR PRICE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE ACTUAL PRICE IS MUCH LESS ON ORDER DETAOLS AFTER IT WAS ALREADY EXECUTED!!
Alos the EG banks take too much fees from you if you are transferring USD from the app to your bank out side of Egypt.
And now I just found out that after you sell, the money has to say with them for a few days before you can withdraw it.

اسوء خدمه عملاء ممكن تقابلها بقالى شهر بحاول اوصلهم عشان الحساب يتفعل و محدش بيرد نهائياً اومال بقى لو عندى مشكله فى سحب فلوسى هيبقى هو ده النظام و المفروض بقى انى اثق فيهم !!

Big thumbs down for their customer support, I got an issue in my documents while trying to register in the Egyptian stock exchange and was sent an email advising to contact the support. It has been three days since I have sent them through chat with no response. I have subscribed to their fast chat which has an SLA for 5 mins to get a response but again no one replied to me. This is a complete spam to let u subscribe for a service that u don’t actually get.
If you don’t have have a customer support then it should be transparent to ur clients rather than spamming them

Activating and depositing
I have created an account and made deposit to my account , it stated that the process would take 1 day, however the next day nothing happened also trying to reach someone is extremely difficult till now i have no one reply to me in chat and for call i should have paid membership ..
Poor support
Customer support is extremely poor to the highest level, and there is no response from their side either via chat or email.
I hope you will care about customer service as much as you care about advertising, because unfortunately the support and assistance experience is very bad, and no one replies to you.
For this reason, the app is not trustworthy for me, and I do not feel safe keeping my money in it.

Account rejected without no reason mentioned

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very poor customer service. I’ve been trying to open an account but it keeps getting rejected, and the app requires a bank statement document that I’m unable to upload. I’ve been contacting customer support for five days with no response — neither through chat nor email. Even after explaining the issue clearly, the only reply I received after five days was that they are experiencing high volume. That’s not a solution. Please fix my issue or guide me on what to do. How can I trust you with my money if this is the level of support?”

Support ditched me and app maker lost me some money
My order to sell my right issues was rejected and I lost money because of their stupid app. Also support just ditched me and didn’t answer my messages for more than 24 hours although it says replies within 25 min.

I pay monthly fees for nothing, every time i want to open Thndr X takes much time ask me to open Thndr which is already open. Plus too much problem for T0..
Its a scam
I deposited money a week ago and it says it takes 1 working day.
Also no customer service for any one that dont have min 500,000 egp value in stock market, what a joke of a app

Cant top up
I am an Egyptian american and I can’t top up while i m in USA. I have to put cash into the account, or use Egyptian issued credit cards or bank accounts. I cant use my US ones. It is frustrating.

Avoid- 1 year investing experience on this app
After investing long term for a year in gold using this app my investment was always lower than what I initially started on.
Keep on mind I invested in Gold which according to the app is going up but when I check my account it seems that magically Im down.
I traded using this one for Egypt and Trading212 in UK and definitely can see the difference and can see the lack of transparency in trading where they focus on their commissions rather than actually supporting retail traders.
Good thing my investment wasn’t huge and I was cautious when I started to test this app based on a friend’s recommendation.
