Since this update, sponsored products started appearing in the search results. I have been your customer for more than 15 years, and personally I do not like this change. I always trusted your platform when searching for music equipment. Sponsored results make the app feel more like a generic store with random promotions than a professional music gear shop. Because of this, I will probably look at other places for my future equipment purchases. Thank you!

I love the app, just wanted to flag a very bad bug now found in the Bargains/ Show all/ sections : result is a broken link in all sections

There is a new feature now that personally I can’t stand where sponsored products appear in your browsing. Like, you list Fender guitars and on the top in between 2 Fender guitars you get a sponsored Harley Benton shoved to your face even if you couldn’t care less about HB. Like ads in a way. Hate that. Give us back our freedom Thomann !

Pretty great app actually. One thing I keep going back to the website for though is the product category breadcrumbs. It’s so convenient to be able to click back from “Shure condenser mics” to all condenser mics. Add that, and I’ll gladly give you 5 stars.

Site très agréable à utiliser. Je souhaiterais que l’on puisse avoir des préférences personnalisées par exemple avoir toujours le classement du moins cher au plus cher par défaut quand je suis connecté.
Didnt agree to fix their defective product
Three months after barely using my guitar the wood came off, there were no hits on the guitar. Even tho i had a two year warranty the didnt agree to fix it and now i have to pay more to fix it. Scammers…

Wishlist bundle bug
There’s something wrong with the custom bundles added to your wishlist: on the desktop browser the bundle looks okay but on the mobile app it only show a single product multiplied by the number of products you have in the bundle, also the price of the bundle is not shown
