Impossible to log into by phone
The two-factor authentification makes it impossible to sign into without an authenticator app and gives no alternatives, attempts to log in on smartphone with a recovery code proved impossible too. Rubbish app while travelling.
Awkward
Had to try multiple times to do a simple booking.
Started on my computer, but for some reason the website wouldn’t load properly. Then I tried from my work mobile. Seemed to work better, except Vipps wouldn’t work (on my personal phone), and when I tried to pay by credit card it crashed. Finally tried through the app on my private mobile, and it worked. All of my hardware/software is bang up to date OS/iOS, so the problem is clearly on the Thon side.
I guess third time’s a charm, but it should have worked the first time. 🙄

Excellent Business Hotel
Great hotel that is very friendly and centrally located. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast and the staff are excellent! I’ll be sure to stay here next time I’m in Oslo.
