I really like what you’ve done with intro tutorials and it seems user friendly until one starts to use it.
It would be helpful to describe the pricing policy upfront for public is free private and organization are at approximately at $20 and $15 per month respectfully
Perhaps because I’m on current OS and it’s a MAC but some commands like the link don’t work(it tries to link or create a new sphere for some reason)
The account subscription does not work perhaps because it’s not UK or other possible issues but i’m not sure if you’ve taken my money and I’m subscribed or not
I can’t select the subscription when I was in the organization piece and trying to subscribe
The software itself seems to work really well in principle, however, some of these other items are
I want to give it for Marc, but some system testing for the account and some of the other features, apparently need to be checked on different platforms
I would probably give it a four out of five for the mind map approach But with it not working? I suppose I would have to give it a two because I can’t use it at this time even though I’m very interested in doing so.
also, I cannot give feedback on the platform and hence have to put my comments in the reviews
Looking forward to some fixes shortly so I can use it

Stopped working on 2 of my devices
I really liked this app app but it stopped working on two of my iPads at first I thought it was an update issue and so I left my second iPad 0S as is older version started using it the other day and it worked fine try to use this morning and it wouldn’t launch. I have tried the delete and reinstall and Still doesn’t work, the developer doesn’t seem to????......Nothing on the website about this issue that I could find. Spent hours relearning this program and now it doesn’t work sad and frustrating. If it worked it’s a great program.

Great concept but...
You can't place files within your structure. And another thing (but probably impossible at the moment) is to press a query button that shows keyword relationships between thorts- then you charge us for the level of AI comprehension.
If you apply this to business, you can map relationships between companies that are all tied together so you could use mutual references.
If you had a separate app that hooked into thortspace using google search- where you can automatically designate and place into a tree an article search url and level of content. Then you have the foundation for a good memory/reasoning program
You need to spend the money for graphics- human minds key visually and your about 10 years behind when you need to be three years ahead.
