THP-Structure brings Harmonic Coherence analysis to structural health monitoring - the same phi-based framework behind the THP platform, now applied to bridges, skyscrapers, offshore platforms, wind turbines, and industrial structures. A single THP index - from 0 to 1 - tells you whether a structure is operating within its design envelope or drifting toward failure. No thresholds to configure. No manual interpretation. One number that captures the coherence between vibration, load, and structural behavior. WHAT IT DOES Connect any sensor system to port 55160 via UDP - accelerometers, strain gauges, load cells, anemometers, wave sensors. THP-Structure computes three axes of coherence in real time: Vibration Coherence - natural frequency drift, damping ratio, resonance margin, acceleration envelope Structural Coherence - strain symmetry, deformation, fatigue accumulation (Miner Rule) Load Coherence - applied load vs design capacity, thermal range, wind speed, wave height SIX STRUCTURE PROFILES Cable-Stayed Bridge - symmetric strain monitoring, fatigue tracking Skyscraper - wind-induced sway, thermal deformation, load distribution Offshore Platform - wave loading, corrosion fatigue, marine environment Wind Turbine Onshore - rotor-induced vibration, foundation monitoring Offshore Wind Turbine - Campbell Diagram margin (1P/3P resonance window), monopile fatigue, IEC 61400-3 Industrial Plant - process vibration, structural load, thermal cycling GRACE STATE Every structure has a commissioning state - its THP at peak structural integrity. THP-Structure learns this Grace State from early readings and tracks every future measurement against it. Coherence Loss tells you not just the current health, but how far the structure has drifted from its own moment of excellence. REMAINING LIFE ESTIMATE Linear regression on the THP trajectory projects the time until the structure reaches maintenance threshold (THP 0.60). Confidence level adjusts with the number of readings available. The estimate becomes more precise as more data is collected - the more you monitor, the sharper the forecast. IMPORT DATA Paste or drop any CSV or JSON sensor dataset. Column detection is automatic - the parser recognizes field names regardless of format or source. Export results to clipboard for Excel, Numbers or Python with a single tap. OFFSHORE WIND - CAMPBELL DIAGRAM The most critical challenge in offshore wind is Campbell Diagram margin: the gap between the structure natural frequency and the rotor 1P/3P excitation bands. As the tower ages, its natural frequency falls - and if it crosses the 1P band, resonance leads to catastrophic failure. THP-Structure monitors this margin continuously and alerts before the crossing occurs.
