Thread cache
I have been trying for several years now to get my threads from the clouds and can’t. I have installed it several times on my phone same email and same password still nothing. This program is a joke.
Works with TruEmbroidery 3
Note this is designed to work with an older version of the Mac software. For PREMIER+ and PREMIER+ 2 you will use the Thread Cache website.

Can’t get this app to upload my thread cache! It says something about wrong version! Come on! This has the potential for greatness!!!
Thread Cache
I wouldn’t even rate it. Can’t even get it to download to my computer. No password works. Not even the one for the system. Doesn’t recognize the system version. So I can’t I cannot put on my IPhone. Very disappointed.
DISAPPOINTING
After spending all the time inputting thread it gives me an error message saying there is a version match.... Tried to figure out the problem, but it appears as though others have the same problem and no one has been successful at solving it yet. Please fix it!!!!
Why can’t I use this cache for Premier?
The cloud is used with both Primer or Tru embroidery. Not sure why it’s recognized by the embroidery software instead of the device your using.
It is the worst
I have been back an forth with customer service since August 6. I get a —>email not recognized<— now I get the version mismatch. When you pay over $1,000 for software you expect it to work and still not have the issue fixed in October.
Had high hopes
Input all my threads and stock, then it gives me a "version mismatch" error message. A message said it successfully uploaded from the computer but then wouldn't download to my iPhone. :-(
There doesn't seem to be an updated Thread Cache app for Premier +2. I never tried the download with my TruE software so don't know if it worked there.
It did print out a list, at least.
Hoping for a fix--SOON, especially for such costly software.

Will not work
Apparently you need to purchase the TruEmbroidery software before this waste of time will help you. Don't bother.
Not working
Got this app because I have the True Embroidery system. I am not able to sync my threads. I get a "Cloud connection failed... because of a version mismatch". I can't even add my own colors in the app. Doing a reset did nothing!
Great app. But beware
This would be a great app. But you must have TruEmbroidery3. In order to use it. Hint if they made it useable to any one, it might draw more people to there TruEmbroidery 3. Just an idea. I gave it 3 stars because if you have TruEmbroidery3 it would be a 5 star but spence I don't, I would give it nothing so I averaged it out .
