This app did the job I needed it to do.
It’s important to note that because screws have a head… it’s impossible to put the screw threads itself directly against the glass of your phone. But - given that truth - and the fact that non-custom screws come in a finite range of standard sizes - it is possible to make a very good guess at the screw you need from this app. I know this because I made a very good guess with this app today. I knew I needed a metric screw, and I had one copy of it. The app let me choose the closest M value, and the closest thread gauge (remember, I couldn’t put the screw threads directly against the glass) and I could easily obtain the length. I went to the nearby DIY warehouse, and yes, the first package of screws I chose fit perfectly into the old device I owned that was missing a screw.

Don’t do it
Absolute garbage. Not interactive. When you’re in a pinch to determine a thread, spending loot on this will further infuriate you. I wish I could get my money back.

Have got no idea how to use this. The other apps I have all make sense and give me what I want. Stick to a vernier gauge and tables or other apps. Just wasted £4:99.
