About
ThreadFlow is a lightweight work timer with a simple daily task list, designed for the way real work actually happens.
It brings daily tasks and time tracking together without turning into a complex project management tool.
Add what you want to work on today, start timing with one tap, and pause, resume, or finish whenever you want. A task can span multiple work sessions, and multiple tasks can run at the same time.
[Run multiple tasks at once]
When an AI agent, code build, file process, or other task is still running while you move on to something else, ThreadFlow lets both tasks keep running.
You do not need to stop one timer before starting another.
[No double-counted time]
When multiple tasks overlap, each segment of real elapsed time is automatically shared across the tasks that are running.
For example, if two tasks run together for 30 minutes, the combined actual time is still 30 minutes — not 60.
[No forced Pomodoro sessions]
There is no required 25-minute focus block and no forced break.
Start timing when you start working. Pause whenever you need to.
[Keep a daily work log]
Your daily tasks, completion status, and actual time are recorded automatically, so you can easily look back at what you worked on.
[See where your time went]
View your actual work time over the last 7 days or by month, along with time spent across different categories.
[Simple and private]
No account is required.
Tasks, categories, timer records, and custom category icons are stored locally on your device.
ThreadFlow is designed to do one thing well:
Help you see what you worked on and how much time you actually spent.
