About

Threadhall helps school IT and operations teams manage day-to-day service work from a secure companion app connected to their Threadhall tenant. Sign in with the workspace address and credentials provided by your organization, then keep tickets, requests, assets, people, knowledge, reports, alerts, and service health close at hand across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. For teams that use Threadhall, the app supports: - Ticket queues with conversation history, assignments, priority, status changes, attachments, and time tracking - Request workflows for equipment, facilities, employee changes, and student changes - Asset and people records designed for quick lookup while working around campus - Knowledge, license, report, notification, and operations modules from one signed-in workspace - Dashboard and widget snapshots for the tenant information your organization makes available - Local Threadhall accounts and Microsoft Entra SSO when enabled by your organization The iPad and native Mac experience adds a sidebar workspace, keyboard-friendly navigation, wider ticket layouts, and side-by-side ticket review so dispatch, IT, and facilities staff can move through queues with less switching between screens. Threadhall is intended for organizations that already use the Threadhall platform. Available features depend on your tenant configuration and permissions.

1.5.2

May 25, 2026

This emergency update fixes a crash that could occur on iPhone immediately after Microsoft Entra sign-in when the app returned to the dashboard. The dashboard phone layout now renders in smaller, safer SwiftUI sections, and Microsoft callback handling is hardened for query and fragment callback URLs.
