Hey team, new app looks great. Easy to use and locate most of what I need.
Few suggestions. From what I can see, there is no visibility of what I purchase in the app or web experience. I need to refer to my email to confirm how long I have my ski pass for, or if my coaster ticket has been moved to another day due to closures. If all account purchases were housed in the app, that would significantly increase my overall experience. Cheers

Mostly great
Weather is always optimistic. Include freeze levels and rough wind speed it will help us to determine if it’s genuinely going to snow or rain

It’s good except for updated info
It works for basic long term information. Was often not correct when lift holds are on for wind. Also showed restaurants closed when they were open. Needs actual up to date information.
Not updated so always inaccurate
This could be a useful app if it was updated in real time but I’ve learned the hard way not to rely on its indications of lift status. Not updated when they want to encourage people to come to the resort if lifts are on windhold.
Tracking not working
Awesome app but for some reason when I try to turn on the tracking the button just won’t slide, use to work
Problems logging in
Can’t log in, wasted an hour and still need to waste more time at the hill talking to guest services. Oh yeah…and still don’t have a pass
Has to best worst app for 2022
Haven’t come across such a crappy app for sometime….I rarely rate apps but this one frustrated me that I could pass up the opportunity when it kindly asked me to rate….
Come on App designers…..are you 60 years old and work part time from your Winnebago?
Thredbo….sack your IT and designers and go to the local public school and give the year 5 and 6 kids annual passes if they design an app for you…. They would do an awesome job compared to these clowns which probably cost $500K….

OMG I LOVE THREDBO AND THIS APP SO MUCH YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT AND GO TO THREDO RIGHT NOW OR I WILL KIDNAPP IN YOUR SLEED AND THEN STRAPADOE YOU.
Tracking app
Very clunky tracking compared to Perisher Epic app. I’ve got great records for Perisher but only 1 day out of 10 skied at Thredbo . Thredbo need to update to a more user friendly and intuitive system
Lift status updated too infrequently
It’s 7.21am. Trying to ensure lifts will be open. Your marketing team have done its job - saying 14/14 wil be open. But for the past 3 days when winds were forecast upon arrival we found the app still saying this. At 8.30, with no sight of the lifts running the app continued not to be updated. It’s ridiculous. This is no way to engage your customers. In the mornings you need to ensure this is updated regularly. And when things change it’s also in your interest to update it - not an house later…. I’ve watched this over a couple of weeks, everyday hoping it’ll get better….. but is doesn’t. Sigh

The page showing which trails are open/closed doesn’t have all the marked trails per the map on it.
Great app
I think that the Thredbo app is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING app that helps all the time. It constantly updates and always gives the content you need. I think the live cam updates every 5 minutes. Amazing and simple app.
Great tracking and data analysis
My friends and family love using the app for tracking if we loose each other. Also seeing how much terrain we cover as well as speed and km’s skied is cool. The cam shots of the different tracks are a good wake up ritual for me and there is some much more this app can do.

Pretty much the same as most snow resort apps.
Do you think you could streamline the sign in a bit? You know, use the fingerprint ID or something? I mean, it has been around for years now.

Australia’s best mountain but grossly overpriced and out of date.
Doesn’t get updated
This app gives you some good info but it could be so much better. It’s never live and doesn’t get updated with current weather info. The GPS is a good idea but it the map is really poor quality. Not a good GPS app at all.

Fabulous and still learning......
I spent a few weeks at thredbo and although the apps weather is an exaggeration most of the time which is understandable the rest of the app is great to very cool. I love the map and tracking stuff. It’s great to show what you do to others who don’t get it.. love it!

Overall you get the weather report, the snow cams, the updates and a great app. I love it.

The Thredbo Alpine Hotel is the worst place to stay in Thredbo.
Rooms are old, noisy and the bar fridge had food left in it from the previous guest. When I complained, they did nothing, could’ve cared less!
The room service was disgraceful, the room was not ready on time, we waited hours & hours even though the room was obviously ready with the door open to see in.
Be warned if you complain they actually block you!
Totally unacceptable , BE ADVISED DON’T STAY THERE! Dreadful.
