Can’t even open the app

It won’t even let me open the app to play why advertise an app you can’t even play or open to see what it is

1400.00 pay out redeemed and never paid just blocked and they deleted my account

This game as well as trivia clash will not send money won but take and take money given to them!!!! After asking why it’s been week since I redeemed for 1400.00 they tell me it was sent PayPal couple days ago. I then respond with well that’s not possible since I signed up for ACH so you never had my PayPal to send the money I won. Please fwd the email with the transactions total and date was my next request….. then they delete my account and every email or any other contact them or support is nonexistent and no way to talk to anyone.
