About
Three makes strength training easy to follow: build a routine that fits you, record the work you actually complete, and see your progress over time.
MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN
Create workouts with your exercises, sets, rep ranges, equipment and training days. Type, paste or dictate a clear exercise list, then review and edit the draft before saving. Duplicate workouts and reorder exercises to set up your week. Training days guide the next workout shown on Today.
START SIMPLE
Prefer a ready-made routine? Use the included A/B/C full-body starter plan with home-gym movements and optional AEKE machine blocks. Choose a one-set session when time is short. You decide the pace and appropriate loads.
LOG ONE SET AT A TIME
Enter the weight and reps you actually complete, mark the set done, and use the rest timer. Previous loads are remembered for the same movement. Pause and resume an unfinished workout without starting again. Bodyweight exercises can be logged without a load.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Review completed sets, exercise progress, training minutes and workout notes. Past sessions and an unfinished workout keep their original plan when you edit future templates. Targets never count as completed work automatically.
CHECK IN MONTHLY
Record body weight and optional chest, waist, hip, upper-arm, thigh and calf measurements. Leave anything you did not measure blank. Compare monthly entries using pounds or kilograms and inches or centimeters.
CONNECT APPLE HEALTH, IF YOU WANT
View shared strength-workout summaries and save completed Three sessions with their recorded duration. Workouts are the only Health permission requested. Detailed sets and monthly measurements remain in Three; Apple Health does not sync them between devices. No calorie estimates are invented.
KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS
No sign-in, advertising or developer-operated training server. Your plans and detailed records are saved locally. Three processes exercise-list imports on your device without an external AI service. Export and import a JSON backup to keep a copy or transfer records. There is no automatic device synchronization.
EQUIPMENT
Add movements for your own equipment. The starter plan combines dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and AEKE exercises. Run machine exercises separately in AEKE, then log completed sets in Three. Machine access and templates are not supplied by Three. Three does not connect to or control AEKE equipment and is independently developed by SAHADEO HOLDINGS, LLC.
Three is a fitness log, not a medical service or rehabilitation program. Choose appropriate loads and comfortable movement, and seek qualified guidance when needed.
