Fantastic for a sole trader
I’ve yet to explore all the features but even just the ability to forward bills and receipts, and to have it filed in the Thriday app, plus having one place for all my ABN expenses is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly team when I’ve had any questions!

I have made many comparisons across different platform before settling with Thriday. Accounting service is embedded within the platform so everything can be done just on the app and the website. Before joining Thriday, my receipts were everywhere. Thanks to the receipt reconciliation system, all my receipts are matched with my bank transaction. The customer service from the bank side answers your enquiries promptly!

Excellent easy-to-use platform for my new small business
I'm a new small business owner and couldn't be happier with Thriday so far. When first starting out, they offered a complimentary onboarding call (where all my questions were answered) and within less than 30 minutes I'd set everything up. Something about Thriday gave me more peace of mind than running my business with the big banks. App is intuitive and easy to use. Great customer support and overall a great service.

The sheer convenience this gives me is insane. I’m constantly on the go so the fact I’ve got a convenient and simple resource in the palm of my hand is critical :) the tutorial clips are easy to understand and really gives me that sense of control of my business finances :)

Brought ease to my bookkeeping
So happy to have found Thriday. I have been trying to use the profit first strategy for about a year, but normal banks just couldn't handle the concept. That's what lead me to Thriday. Now I am here, not only is Profit First built into the system, the fact that banking and accounting is all in one place has simplified everything and saves me at least an hour every week.

Fantastic product for solo business owners
I have now been using Thriday for a year and cannot say a bad thing about it. Previously I used Xero but was frustrated with the continual increase in pricing. Thriday has saved me heaps of time and stress - it is so well supported. I love being able to take a photo of receipts and then letting Thriday do the work for me. Continual improvements and they take onboard suggestions. Love and highly recommend

Simple, but frustratingly so
To be fair, I’ve only just started using the app, but straight off found the lack of options frustrating.
For example, we don’t have customers with terms or accounts. Everything is prepaid/COD, but I have to select as due at a minimum tomorrow I haven’t tried to enter a cash sale yet, but imagine I will have the same issue
Trying to look at what my GL accounts are just keeps trying to sell me a business bank account (I have a business bank account) and I can’t seem to skip that.
I get that it’s supposed to be simple and that’s why it’s free, but I don’t think I’d try a paid version simply because the free version was frustrating. Probably ideal if you’re a tradie with very simple needs though.

Small Business Game Changer
I’ve been using Thriday since May 2025 and it has already made my business admin so much easier. The platform is so user-friendly and a pleasure to use. I love the automation features for expenses and allocation of revenue into accounts that are attached to my Thriday revenue account. I no longer have to think about putting money aside for BAS, GST, super etc. Love love love Thriday. Highly Recommend!
