Truly a Lifestyle Game Changer

This app has completely helped me shift my lifestyle in the best way. My main goals were to build healthier eating habits and stay consistent with working out, and it’s made both feel so much more achievable. I’m constantly getting great meal ideas that actually fit what I like, so I don’t feel restricted.

The workout program is a game changer. I don’t have to think about what to do at the gym anymore. Everything is laid out step-by-step in a plan that feels personalized to me and my goals.

I’m excited to keep going on this journey and love having the support and structure this app provides.

Theft. Fraud.

Cancelled this five months ago and they keep rebilling me. The app never worked, crashed and the response is terrible.

Disappointed / ANGRY

I have sent several emails about this app! I have been charged for nine months and I do not even have this app on my phone because it kept freezing and the glitches were horrible! It would not let me post my meals it would not let me do my check-in it would not respond to anything! I am so frustrated and so angry that I’m still being charged for this app and it’s not even on my phone anymore! This app was a great idea, but the glitches were unbearable! I am trying to get a hold of somebody so they will stop charging me and I have been unsuccessful after sending several emails!

Love this app

Using this app has made me so much more health conscious. Love how the AI helps me to develop great diets to follow as well as detailed workout regiments.

So slow!!!

This app would be great, except it is so slow as to be unusable.

Developers? Hello?

Man, this app is a rough user experience. I was really excited to try this as a health coach myself. I was curious to see the innovation of AI in a health/wellness area and read about the platform on Forbes.

What a huge disappointment. From the moment I signed up the experience was terrible. Constant glitches, the AI asking me the same prompts over and over again, taking forever to think and move on to the next section. The questionnaire that was supposed to be “ten minutes” was an hour because of loading difficulties with the AI. Then when I get my “plan” it’s just an over glorified schedule with push notifications. This app isn’t a coach. The only way it would help encourage you is if you have really poor time management. And it’s definitely not worth the $34/month subscription. Yikes. Developers, do better. This is shameful.

Disappointed

I am paying just about $35 a month and I have pics of all the glitches. I try and post a meal with a picture and it posts the right meal but gives me a completely different picture.
When logging on it tells me there are issues and for me to try again later.
I am really disappointed because I love the app in general but for the price I would expect NOT to have the issues I’m having now. So needless to say, I will be canceling my subscription. I can’t do it anymore! I have been trying to log my food for over a week and nothing.

Really want to like

I really want to love this app
I have been using it one week
But the last 3 days it’s been very frustrating trying to log my daily updates. I was really getting into using this app.
