You took a bad app and made it worse
Can’t believe I’m asking this, but can you allow users to migrate back to ver 1.0? At least on that version, we could see what a delivery house logged in after they submitted a tip. Your ver 2.0 took that basic feature away.
The update needs updated.
The app puts out more error messages than anything.
Not Working Properly
What are some needs to updated;
- Arrived button should be fixed, if you click arrived accidentally you cant open the page again its gone.
- Sometimes, orders dashboard is get clear, when you dispatch orders and leave the store than you check the app there is no order show up on the screen.
- Location finder is not working sometimes.

Very odd new bug
I’m the only person at my job who’s this is happening too and I’ve been trying to figure out why. There is a bug that is concerning. Every time I open the app, Siri gets activated (the noise only). However, if you’ve ever used Siri, there’s a noise it makes when you activate it, and another noise happens when you stop using it. I won’t hear that second noise until I close the app, leading me to believe that it’s continuously listening to me until I exit the app. Not only that, but it keeps refreshing when I leave the app and I have to wait and stare at the white screen for a while until it loads again. Up until this week, the app worked great for me. Didn’t refresh every time I left the app, no Siri glitch.

Like this app
As a delivery driver, this app is great for orders over $35. I do wish the percentages were 18, 20, and 22% for drivers that go above and beyond the average 20% tip. Also, a lot of customers “don’t think they did it right,” so a screen that says “Thank you” would be really amazing for after they confirm. Overall I love this app tho!

A works all the time now a use to be bad but but lately it’s fine
A lot of Bugs!
Sometimes the app won’t even allow me to view my orders. It will load up a white screen and I have to continue closing and reopening the app in order for it to work properly! Also the arrow to directly put the address into the map glitches all the time! Needs to update more frequently and fix these things.

Need more attention
Updated incredibly infrequently for the number of bugs it has. Won’t let entire store log in for weeks at a time and half of the commands crash the app when we can log in.
Needs iPad support
Signature box doesn't work properly on an iPad. Touch sensitivity is off.
Behaves like the phone version, just over stretched to fit bigger screen.
Signature box is bigger, however the space where you can sign and have it show up is the same.
Please fix asap
