Absolutely terrible
Been locked out of the app about a month now even though website uses same info. Might as well just have the points available online. Don’t bother downloading just ask your bud tender your balance

Lame
I expected greatness from this app, yet it doesn’t even have their menu on it- zero products listed. Also, even if you put in all the same rewards information you give them in person, it doesn’t show you your points on this app. It’s like it isn’t connected to their actual system at all. Needs SERIOUS improvements. Whoever made this should be embarrassed.

Where’s the menu?
I’ve looked and looked for a product menu in the app. Can someone tell me how you find products in the app?
False advertising
It specifically states that you unlock rewards faster when you move into gold tier. I made it to platinum and their is zero incentive. Bout to ask the ftc for a full refund
Slow
This is got to be one of the slowest dispensaries I go too, it’s obvious the owners don’t consider the customers time and really don’t care about their customers. Otherwise they would train their staff to be a little more polite, a little more fast and a little more cleaner.
Terrible app and zero help fixing the problem
I was able to use the app perfectly fine in January for a couple weeks. Worked fine. After that, when I would try to log in it wouldn’t go through. Before when I’d try to reset my password it would say “email sent to…” and I wouldn’t receive anything in my inbox, spam folder, etc. Now, 9 months later, I actually receive a link to reset my password and I went though and did that only for it to have me put in information, one being a phone number. I put my number in and it says “this phone number is already taken.” It’s the same phone number I used to create the account and the one I use to track my orders. They have records of all my orders from the past 9 months, but no one can tell me how to actually access my over 1000 points and when you go into the store and ask, they just say “yeah our rewards program is down and has been for the past couple days.” It’s been 9 months of this. Terrible.

AMAZING
By far the best app I’ve seen in the space. Makes it super simple for me to track my rewards points, see the upcoming sales, and I love the push notifications. Hopefully they’ll get the menu on there soon!
An app that you can’t even order through, so it’s pointless
Garbage app that you can’t even order through. Why would anyone use this trash if you can’t order through it? Answer: We won’t.
Was a functional app until now
It worked great then all of a sudden every time I try to login it keeps trying to create an account I already had I signed in with my google account and it keeps trying to start over again I’m a bit frustrated and I can’t find anyway to get help so I’ll put it back to a five star if someone can figure out why it keeps doing that…

Easy to use and navigate
Really happy that there is now a rewards app! It was really easy to log on and convenient that I can now check my points.
I can’t login
I have over 700 points I can’t access and the people at the store won’t let me use my points because I need to use the app 🥴
Love that I can keep track
Great way to know how many points I have, current discounts and which rewards Im eligible to redeem.
