Buttons need to be usable for people with big hands
Doesn’t work for people with big fingers, buttons too close together on login screen, hit learn link by mistake, no can’t login as they haven’t thought about people who don’t have dainty digits, need a way to go backwards from second login screen as without this option some of us cannot use it

Thrive has transformed how I stay connected and informed. I get updates, important information, and even connect with others seamlessly-all in one place.
What I especially love is the AI-powered search feature. It delivers quick, summarised answers instantly, right on my phone, which saves me so much time looking for information.

First class UI
Easily the equal of any consumer grade app with the new update. Kiki the AI assistant makes life so easy to get the information I need when I'm on the road!

Since the new update I can no longer sign in to complete and outstanding tasks

Hello, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues signing in. There were no changes made to the login process in version 4.0.3. Please get in touch with our support team so we can investigate this issue further.
Flat out DOES NOT WORK
Skips sections of the training courses, fails to load half the time, and when it actually DOES work it’s slow as ****.

Not iPad friendly
Absolute garbage on an iPad, just a phone screen size
Pages don’t load and slow
Logging in is simple and easy the layout is perfect but it is just unbearably slow and when trying to load any page it doesn’t do so. I don’t know if it’s something to do with having an older model (iPhone 6s). It works brilliantly on the laptop though! Any help or update for this issue for me would be great!

Hello, we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. We support the iPhone 6s so this shouldn't be a problem. Is the app unresponsive, or slow to load the data? Please get in touch with our support team so we can investigate this issue further.
Couple of tweaks needed
Needs to respect the light mode/dark mode setting on the device. I don’t want to be blinded because I got a notification from work!

The Thrive app is easy to navigate, and a pleasure to use. Not only can I access updates and information in order to carry out my role, but also to learn new skills through bite size learning when I’m travelling between locations 🌟 Great tool!

Easy access to content on the go. I travel a lot so it’s super useful. The push notifications are great too so I know when someone has posted 🙌🏼

A great way to keep up to date!
The THRIVE App is a life saver for keeping up to date with all of the relevant communications and learning needed to do my role. Being able to pin and download content offline to get back to when I need it has been extremely helpful.
