had an issue logging in years ago, fixed that but tried to email support cause the bad reviews and the email wouldnt send... said jt wasnt a viable email yet that's the email provided for support. red flag

This company is a complete scam. They stole $2000 from me. I used the site for a year or so but then stopped using it so I went to withdraw my funds. I went through the entire process and it said I would be sent my funds in 3-5 business days. Well, it has been 6 plus months and countless emails to them with no response! My account has been closed and they just stole my funds! Do not use this company as you won’t get your money back. Read all the other reviews like this. Reporting to the attorney general as well! Criminals!!!

Terrible Customer Service & App Broken.
I emailed toe support admin in email a week ago. I emailed 3 days later and I haven’t got an email back. It was about an issue with the app and questions I have with it being broken with screenshots as evidence. If you do end up winning, withdrawing will most likely be a problem and emailing them won’t work since they never respond to begin with. The email is right and I copy and paste it in email so I know they be getting my emails. 0/10 for customer service and 2/10 for the app. Overall 0.5/10 if you want to play this GARBAGE APP.

Terrible fantasy app
I have tried withdrawing for over 4 months and tried contacting them through email and have received no response. Really frustrating for the people to get the money out of their betting account. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've been emailing customer service for a long time. I'm not getting any response. I try to redeem some of my money out of the account. They took the money off my account but never put it in my account and told me someone would contact me and I haven't heard anything in over a month, but my money is still gone And I've been emailing over and over and over

Still no withdrawal funds after 6 months.
I’ve used Thrive on and off since 2021 and have watched them slowly improve the UI. I had heard withdrawing was impossible and am now confirming, they don’t give your money to you if you request it.
I requested withdrawal in February 2024 and haven’t heard a single thing from them since then. It’s now September 2024. My Thrive account still says “pending withdrawal,” and it’s pushing 7 months.
I would suggest not depositing any money until they actually can afford to give players their money back.

SCAM DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Impossible to withdraw from this app, they just take your money and run with it. Have been emailing support for weeks and have gotten no response. Not even sure if there’s anyone checking the support emails.

Do not use this app for your fantasy sports prop app. There are much better apps out there. I have been using this app for a while now, there are less props than most other apps, pays are a small amount more, but that means nothing since you cannot withdraw anything after winning. I have been trying to withdraw for over 3 weeks with no response, even after several follow up emails. Stay far away from this app, save your money

Read other reviews here or look up the company on twitter. I’m not sure they could even afford to pay out $10 of winnings, forget any real amount of $.
If you deposit enough, maybe the company can use your money to stay afloat for a few more months 😭 (if it even still exists)

2. Most complicated payout process ever. So much extra verification (via email). Seems like data mining to sell info.
3. Terrible customer service. No chat agents, no phone number, email only. Good luck with correspondence.
4. Even if you follow everything to a tee, you most likely aren’t getting your winnings. I’ve been waiting on a withdrawal since February 2024. It’s June.

Whatever good comment there is about this app, ignore it. It has been 3 months since I have requested a withdrawal, and I have not received back a single buck. The same thing has been happening with other friends of mine. Please AVOID!!! Use another betting app

Still waiting on my withdrawal
They are taking freaking forever to withdraw. I like the props and I didn’t mind the interface but Christ is the withdrawal system godawful. Also there’s no support to be found.
