Customer service reply after one month, I can’t use the app always fails

I used this platform for months. Most of the benefits my bank has offered got lost through delays in booking and incompetence of this platform. The level of indifference and cheap outsourcing of “customer service” will shock you. I honestly think this kind of service degrades customer loyalty and reflects poorly on clients who wish to provide any sense of premium benefits to their customers. What a shame!

There coupon didn’t work for amazon, and now i am not even able see the coupon once i came back to homepage. The worst their helpline doesn’t get answered by anyone. Cheaters!
