This is definitely the best app for car enthusiasts. And a great community surrounds the app.

Amazing concept, decent results

While the concept of this app has amazing potential and great utility, its functionality tells a different story. In the short time after downloading it, the app was laggy, buggy, and the buttons only worked half the time. I had to restart the app multiple times, and even after trying twice, I wasn’t able to set a profile picture. However, I noticed that the last review for this app, aside from mine, was from three years ago. Despite this, an update was released two weeks ago, so I’m glad to see the developers are making an effort. I truly hope this app can take off and reach its full potential.

Good app but minor problems

I have added my vehicle to the app and when I am doing my mods on the app it won’t let me select exterior. It says that there is a server error which doesn’t make any sense because the suspension section worked. Don’t know if this is me or the app. Other than minor issues like these I love the app.

Verry good, almost perfect!

The app is verry good and with the newer updates has a nice layout that I enjoy! The app owner is verry active and the community that is on it wich makes it not feel empty but a bit more lively. The only thing I would change is adding an option for the home page to swich it to not all featured posts but I really like the featured idea and would keep it at the main home page but def a good app, and can make groups and car meets and stuff! And no, in not a good review bot lol

Awesome app!

If you love cars, racing, or anything along those lines this app is for you! The interface is excellent and allows for easy browsing. I peep really like the video section under the discover tab, where I can browse high quality auto content for as long as I please. The events tab is also great for connecting with other auto enjoyers.

Love this App! It’s all a car lover would need and want!

My favorite part of the app is seeing all the groups you can join how you can connect with others with such ease. I enjoy going on there and looking at the latest post easy to scroll and interact with! Very organized app so it’s easy to find whatever your looking for! If you’re looking for events and connecting easily then this is the place for.

It’s great to have a niche app without ads!

Been using Throdle to connect with other car enthusiasts in my area…and to show off my build. It’s nice to have an app that doesn’t shove irrelevant ads (or any ads for that matter) down my throat. Keep it up Throdle.

Long Load Times

The app itself is great, and has an awesome concept, but the loading between every interaction is definitely a negative. If the losing was fixed or made more seamless to scroll, and select things, etc, it would be much much better. Overall it’s a great app with cool ideas and a solid amount of things going on. Once it starts to pick up in users I think it will be one of, if not THE best app for car people. 4/5 stars for now until the loading is fixed.

Love how easy to use it is and especially enjoy looking at the garages of other enthusiasts. Great variety of cars.

Nothing like it!

This app is so awesome and I’ve seriously never seen anything like it. Just cars & their owners. None of the fb forum noise. I especially like the “Garage” feature where you can see previous cars owned. I’ve made some great connections on here with people from all over the world, which is pretty rad.

Empty Content Promises

The idea is all well and good, but there is a serious lack of diversity in content. It feels as though this app is only targeted to certain demographics and as a result the content more bedroom wall poster cars than representing the full spectrum of the car culture.

Beyond that, the content filters don’t work particularly well, essentially leaving you looking at whatever the app decides it wants you to. I give it two stars instead of one because it has potential. But I wont be posting content to it until it works seamlessly enough that a simple filter by popular make model and year range produces an actual result. (I tried several combinations of makes, models, and year ranges with lackluster results and multiple app crashes.)

We have fixed that and are waiting for the release to be made to the App Store, and apologize if it caused app crashes. As to your comment about content diversity our content is user driven. We are marketing to different spectrums of the car culture and welcome all diverse car groups.
