Scammed
Never received any of the gifts that my community has given me… either they were never actually shipped out and the tracker lied, delivered to the wrong address or they were stolen /lost in transit. I was extremely excited for gifts that never came…😞
don’t get this app.
so basically my boy brought me a gift on throne, then it said it will come at september 16 but it just passed anyways, but i got a email saying it’s coming soon but it never did, either way i waited tomorrow and nothing happened, either way i got scammed or this is fake, because what just fkn happened? this app is so horrible i gotta admit.
and it’s buggy and annoying there’s no good stuff anyways so this is messed up i want a refund rn.

Please do not download this app!!! Upon expressing my concerns to customer support about being scammed extensive evidence to support my claim, I was unable to reach a human directly and the chat support representatives are no help. This app does not care about users from scammers, even when evidence is provided. Please stay clear of this app as contacting the authorities, a lawyer, and the media to help spread important info in regard to how horrible this app Throne is.
Update: they banned the creator on throne that scammed me but i still didn’t get my refund or money back, this app is such a joke!! Please do not download this app.!!
2nd uodate; the fools pf developers for this app replied to my review saying to email & I did & guess what??? NO RESPONSE !! Dont bother with this app they do NOT care about their users !!!

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a 90 ml Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Le Parfum through Throne, and my order clearly showed 90 ml. However, I received the 50 ml version.
When I contacted customer support, I was initially told to return the item. I explained that I should not have to lose money because of an error that was not mine, especially since refunds can result in fees being deducted.
After escalating the issue, Throne told me that the link behind the listing apparently led to a 50 ml product, even though the actual Throne listing/order clearly stated 90 ml. So apparently I’m expected to deal with the consequences of a misleading or incorrect listing.
This isn’t even the only issue I’ve had. I also purchased shoes through Throne that were almost immediately refunded, but every time this happened, I noticed that I ended up with less money than I originally had because of fees. The refund itself was processed quickly, but the amount in my Throne Balance kept decreasing, and I was left confused about where the money was going and why I was losing money when the orders were being refunded.
That is extremely concerning. If an order is refunded, I should not be left financially disadvantaged because of fees or other deductions that are outside of my control.
I’ve also had other frustrating experiences with issues on the app and website where contacting support did not properly resolve the problems.
Overall, I feel like I have repeatedly been losing money because of problems with the platform, while customer support keeps giving me solutions that leave me carrying the financial consequences.
I expected Throne to take responsibility and simply correct the mistakes. Instead, I’m being told that the price difference is too large to send the product I actually ordered.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I genuinely hope Throne reviews its refund process, product listings, and customer support because customers should not have to fight to avoid losing money over issues they did not cause.

Pay out takes foreverrrr
I processed a pay out 4 days ago and the pay out said processing until today now it says it could take another 3 days to deposit. I’ve had many of my fans say the throne link is broken I’ve redone my link atleast once every 2 weeks and continue to keep having issues with it not working. The apps a good wishlist app I just wish you could add more brands other than Amazon and brands you’ve never heard of before. Even adding stuff from Amazon is an issue sometimes.

wish there was an option to turn off notifications for reminders to share your wishlist and only have notifications on for receiving gifts
App not working can’t login
I have tried everything and no matter what the login/signup buttons don’t work for me to login. It’s like it’s frozen. I have deleted, redownloaded, removed data, nothing works. App is broken.

App is not working!!! Please fix it!!
The throne app doesn’t allow me to log in. It stays frozen on the home page. I’ve tried redownloading it multiple times over the course of two weeks and it has yet to work. The web page works fine but the actual app doesn’t!!! It doesn’t allow me to press “log in” or “sign in” which is annoying!! Please fix this. I mainly use the app and it’s annoying using the web browser one.

Poor service
Denied payment checked with banks it’s on their end. Even tried paying with the cc advisor on the line. Works until they do an update then mess up everything. To this day the security refuses to remove the block on my card. They believe they know better than BMO or TD banks cc specialists
Removed features without telling anyone.
Thrones new update does NOT allow its users to purchase gifts for other creators using their throne balance. They hid this behind an unnamed “Bug Fix Update” without telling its users that they are removing some of the most important features on this platform.
