App is not working!!! Please fix it!!
The throne app doesn’t allow me to log in. It stays frozen on the home page. I’ve tried redownloading it multiple times over the course of two weeks and it has yet to work. The web page works fine but the actual app doesn’t!!! It doesn’t allow me to press “log in” or “sign in” which is annoying!! Please fix this. I mainly use the app and it’s annoying using the web browser one.

Poor service
Denied payment checked with banks it’s on their end. Even tried paying with the cc advisor on the line. Works until they do an update then mess up everything. To this day the security refuses to remove the block on my card. They believe they know better than BMO or TD banks cc specialists
Removed features without telling anyone.
Thrones new update does NOT allow its users to purchase gifts for other creators using their throne balance. They hid this behind an unnamed “Bug Fix Update” without telling its users that they are removing some of the most important features on this platform.
i can’t even log in
every time i try to log in into my account the app just freezes. i tried deleting and redownloading the app, it doesn’t work. only the website can allow me to log in into my account.
App Doesn’t Work
I have a Throne account on the website. I downloaded the mobile app. Installs and I open it. The first page shows “Sign Up” or “Login”. I click either and nothing happens. Restart the app, same thing. I click any button and nothing happens. The app says it works on my iphone and the ios version I have. So idk why I’m having this issue.

Since your account already exists on the web, opening throne.com in a browser will get you in for now. For the app itself, force-close it fully and reopen. Then update to the latest version in the App Store and restart your phone. Dead buttons on the opening screen usually clear after that. If they don't, email support@throne.com with your iPhone model and iOS version. - Ellice from Throne

Not worth it
** My original review was an over a year ago and they just responded yesterday!!!!! lol that alone should tell you what a joke this app is!!!!
Not only does it take over a week for the Throne staff to order the items then it’s left up to the merchants will to process the order and ship it. Been waiting over a month for hundreds of dollars worth of items. No updates and nothing has been shipped. Throne says it’s out of their hands once they order it. I’ve ordered from the same company the items are coming from and had it delivered within a week. Meanwhile I still wait on the orders my fans placed.

Amazing
very good app, can receive money easily and transferred to bank account. Only downside is that it takes ages to receive it ( up to 7 days) but if you dont mind then its great.
abysmal customer service
I got locked out of my original account and contacted throne support numerous times about it only to be ignored and forced to create a new account. Now they won’t verify my information after five days so I cannot withdraw my funds. The moment I withdraw my funds I will be deleting this sorry excuse of a platform permanently.

My throne app has literally been broken for months. Every time I update it’s still broken. When I try to go to my orders it just zooms back in and out over and over again. So basically this app is useless and I can’t do anything on it, there’s no reason to have it. I have over 200+ past gifts btw so I kinda need to use it.
Second, if anyone sees this I IMPLORE you to make all your purchases a pay out. if not, when an item goes on sale and a community member spends the original amount, instead of giving the money back to YOU, Throne pockets the rest. Similar to Honey owned by Paypal, throne loves to engage in scummy business practices. I’d use something else if this wasn’t the only thing. Official Throne came into my Twitch stream last night with a few other users and was very obviously trying to promote themselves with the other users in chat. It felt really shady, and honestly so selfish as a brand to come into MY stream and try to make it all about them. so thank you for reminding me to write a bad review.

Sorry about this experience! Check you're on the latest App Store build, then force-close the app and reopen it, that clears a stuck screen more than you'd expect. If it keeps looping, go to throne.com in a browser, it gets you into those 200+ items right now. Hey! I seen some good things about this app but fro some reason I can’t even sign up to use it!! So for now I’ll give this app a one until that button get fix. Please do fix this I heard the app is amazing

super 'buggy'
Starting off the app seems really good,but it literally does not work for me? ive heard it works for other mostly but i literally can do anything on it as some icons like 'edit' ect makes the whole app freeze- i genuinely cannot do anything else on it unless i refresh the entire thing,and when i up back into it it does the exact same thing.
As i said some features like editing ur profile just doesn't work for me for some reason but aswell as that i cant even make a new account as when i log out the 'sign up' icon makes the entire app freeze aswell.
