App Doesn’t Work
I have a Throne account on the website. I downloaded the mobile app. Installs and I open it. The first page shows “Sign Up” or “Login”. I click either and nothing happens. Restart the app, same thing. I click any button and nothing happens. The app says it works on my iphone and the ios version I have. So idk why I’m having this issue.

O site é ótimo e funciona perfeitamente, mas mesmo após o concerto de bugs, eu ainda não consigo fazer login no aplicativo, simplesmente não sai da página inicial, como se eu não tivesse clicado em nada.

Not only does it take over a week for the Throne staff to order the items then it’s left up to the merchants will to process the order and ship it. Been waiting over a month for hundreds of dollars worth of items. No updates and nothing has been shipped. Throne says it’s out of their hands once they order it. I’ve ordered from the same company the items are coming from and had it delivered within a week. Meanwhile I still wait on the orders my fans placed.

Email support@throne.com with your account email and ask them to check what's holding those orders. A month with hundreds of dollars unshipped and no updates is too long. - Ellice from Throne
Amazing
very good app, can receive money easily and transferred to bank account. Only downside is that it takes ages to receive it ( up to 7 days) but if you dont mind then its great.

Good to hear the payouts to your bank are smooth. On the wait: withdrawals run automatically and the Balance-page date is an estimate, so a bit of drift is usual, and once it hits your account it can take a few business days to show on the statement. If it ever runs past that, support@throne.com can check the deposit. - Ellice from Throne
