Buggy App

The app is having an issue where when I try to open it, it crashes to a white screen with blank slate. Actually my wife installed it first in her iPhone XR with iOS 13.4.1. I tried everything restarting the app, restarting the phone, deleting the app then restarting the phone and reinstalling the app again but to no avail. Finally my wife suggested that I should install the app on my phone just to see if it works. I installed this app and I get the same result with white screen after opening the app. I have iPhone XS with 13.3.1.
So I hope this gets to you and you come up with a solution for this bug in the next update. Good luck.
