When I open the app it closes immediately and if I retry, nope nothing! Don’t get this app!!

OK so the game is pretty nice I really like it. It’s fun to make them nails into funny little things that little cute stickers and in general the game is amazing. But this happened recently today I tried joining the app, but it just takes me back to my home screen. I don’t know what’s happening so someone could help me please help I tried going on Google to do things. I almost tried everything nothing’s working. Please help but I still really like the game.

I just made Thumbnail less than a min. This is so Much easier than Canva. As this is something I hate doing but this app made it easier Thank You. It’s worth the Price. I pd for year $35 very reasonable

I purchased a year subscription and I keep having to hit “restore purchase” anytime I use it. Today it says “nothing to restore” so now I’m out of my money. Please fix this ASAP.
UPDATE: I reached out to support, sent screenshots of receipts and the inability to restore my purchase on the app. They haven’t to reach back to me to resolve this issue after two weeks.
I’m taking this to my credit card company to report fraud.

Paid $39.99 for a yearly subscription. Only latest 2 weeks and now it won’t let me restore my subscription. No account information to access my profile of old projects I was working on.

Wow, this has many of the neat features and content needed to make the best thumbnails! You know, what’s even weirder is that, for advertising example thumbnails like the ones in the photos, I’ve made eye-catching MrBeast inspired thumbnails on a lower level, using the power of the layer component! Boosts my rating up more from experience!
My only minor complaint is that you have to redo the watermark removal process and it can be annoying at times.
