App could be better
app is good but credit points for IOS is very annoying and another is, we can’t continue our reading at where we left off, I have to slide all the way again for finding which page I was on.
Lacking many necessary features for smooth reading.
When I go to another app return again, the app restarts and I again have to browse and open the book, then go to the page I was reading one by one.
Please fix this.
The page I was reading for the a particular book, and the book I was reading should be remembered by the app. When I return to the app or open it again, I need to see the page I was on before.

Good costumer service and timely delivery
I think they deliver timely and they are good at costumer services. Both ebooks and physical books are working well for me. I also like the collection of books they carry.
Scam
I bought an audiobook, which was working fine before but when I was at the middle of the book, it stopped working. When I contacted customer support they take days to answer and haven’t resolved my issue yet. The response I get from the Customer support is SO BASIC -“update the app please”. Like, you don’t think I have tried doing that ?

App doesn’t open
I just purchased a book and opened the app to read the book. I found the book in my library. But as I click the book to open, app disappears. Could you please help me fix this problem?
Scam of an App
This app takes away your money but doesn’t even let you read the book from the downloaded section. I bought the same book two times, wasted almost $8, and still the book isn’t in my library. Where can I read it from then? Scammers!
Biased app for iOS user
Worst app ever, They are simply trying to rip off iOS user, there is no option to buy books in iOS, you have to buy credit in USD. How come there is two price points for 2 different mobile operating systems. How can we have access over USD in nepal, someone has an iOS device doesn’t mean they are overseas. Moreover, make the book affordable and keep the price point same for every customer. This is such a biased sales strategy. I used to buy a lot of physical books from these people and was so happy that we have one of the most reliable online book order platform, but now I can’t be positive towards you people. I used to be a great advocate of your platform in my friends circle, I can’t be the same from now onwards for such a biased platform which just divides the customers on the basis of OS they use.
