App could be better
app is good but credit points for IOS is very annoying and another is, we can’t continue our reading at where we left off, I have to slide all the way again for finding which page I was on.
Lacking many necessary features for smooth reading.
When I go to another app return again, the app restarts and I again have to browse and open the book, then go to the page I was reading one by one.
Please fix this.
The page I was reading for the a particular book, and the book I was reading should be remembered by the app. When I return to the app or open it again, I need to see the page I was on before.

Good costumer service and timely delivery
I think they deliver timely and they are good at costumer services. Both ebooks and physical books are working well for me. I also like the collection of books they carry.
Scam
I bought an audiobook, which was working fine before but when I was at the middle of the book, it stopped working. When I contacted customer support they take days to answer and haven’t resolved my issue yet. The response I get from the Customer support is SO BASIC -“update the app please”. Like, you don’t think I have tried doing that ?
