Doesn’t work…
I paid for YouTube membership, which i have already canceled, to watch PBN137 on the app, but it won’t play on my home WiFi. I have to play with my cellular data. Mom wants to watch it. Something is seriously wrong with app. Want to support Thuy Nga but this app isn’t helping.

I tried to pay for PBN 134 twice due to the app reporting errors both times. They then proceeded to charge me twice. Stat away from this!!!
It’s hard to complete purchase
Even though I have an account, but every time I try to watch, It keeps to ask verifying the account and make me wait 60 second that I don’t like. I paid for the program, how come I have to wait 60 seconds? Thuy Nga PBN should fix this problem.
A step in the wrong direction
Thuy Nga should just focus on what it does best, entertainment. There are so many solutions out there for video playback, and video hosting. This wheel which Thuy Nga is trying to reinvent, delivers a very poor user experience.
New to app development?
The app does not recognize phone numbers in the US. When I selected +1 as the country code and then proceeded to enter my phone number- the app did not allow it unless I had to put 1xxx xxx xxxx on top of their country code list - in my case, +1 to be able to register. Then after the registration process, I need to verify my account (which I love); however, I cannot do that because the phone number is incorrect, so there is no way for me to receive the verification code because that makes my number now +1 1xxx xxx xxxx. Therefore I cannot verify my account at all. I proceeded to skip verify. I could edit my profile with the correct number, but no, the app won't allow that.

Poor implementation- Do Not Recommend
Attempting to use the scan QR code to view on the TV displays a spinning loading symbol but nothing happens. Closing the browser to try watching via the app doesn’t recognize that you closed the web session.
Does not work
This app does not work. Tried to log in, password didn’t match which is crazy because it’s saved on the device. Tried to reset the password, required the code but code never sent out after multiple requests. Paid for the video 133 but can’t even watch it. Waste of money. No customer support phone number to contact in the US.

App needs improvement
The app is horrible. No casting ability to a smart TVs. I bought the 133 show on my iPhone and try to watch on an iPad instead for a bigger screen. However, I keep getting an error message saying content can’t be watched on more than one device simultaneously even after I delete the app on my phone. Try to get support but the Contact Support button doesn’t even work.

Can not screen casting
The app doesn’t allow to stream to TV directly, so you can only see it from your mobile device. It doesn’t have screen casting function, which very inconvenient when everyone can not see the video at the same time.
Terrible app
The app does not support any casting capabilities to big screen TV like Chromecast or Apple AirPlay. In addition, you can’t purchase PBN 133 in USD even in the US. How ridiculous it is! Please fix the app soon.
