Dated, painful to use password manager
The software runs and that’s about as positive as I can get.
Secret Server is a powerful enterprise tool, but every single end user-facing part of it is terrible. Their browser extensions are awful, so it wasn’t shocking to see that this app is pretty terrible as well. I’ve complained to our account rep about the poor quality of the end user side of their software and I feel like they just won’t acknowledge how important it is that user-facing software has to be good for proper adoption to take place. How am I supposed to encourage my users to be safe with passwords and use our company password manager if I can’t even stand using the thing?

Great for IPhone!
Great way to access my Secrets when I’m not in the office!

This app is a joke. Maybe it’s me, but I have to type in several fields of information each time I want to view a password. Interface is lousy to say the least. Wow is all I can say.
Pure garbage
Update the app to remember URL Username and domain. Having to enter each time you open the app is ridiculous

I don’t understand Thycotic, this app only works with a PAID subscription to their SaaS solution. Yet this app is 100% pure junk. 4 updates in 3 years??? Still on version 1!

Doesn’t work with in premise
Not only does it not keep data in the fields it simply doesn’t work with on premise installs
Disappointed
Every time I try to access the password manager I am forced to enter all the info including server and username. It used to just require my password and Authenticator. Makes it a pain to use the app.
I have to re-enter every field every time I want to login
I used to just have to enter my password and the 2fa when I wanted to login. Now I have to type in 5 fields to access my passwords. The former option was even barely tolerable in this day and age when I should be able to use touch-ID and skip 2fa from my phone. PLEASE FIX THIS! It’s making my work days hell.

Need update for iOS 11
Need iOS 11 update ... downloaded update for iPhone and now app doesn’t work, have to go to browser and save to home page, then log in each time ( no 4 digit code ) and hard to see anything , have to zoom in. I get you don’t want free forever but update the old app and make it a pay app for old users.

I have used this app for years...and now with iOS 11 I can not longer access my account. If the developers could grandfather those accounts in that were established when they were free, it would be extremely helpful.
At Least it Works on iPad
Thankfully it’s not the atrocious beast that was Secret Server, which didn’t run on iPad. That’s the only good. Why doesn’t this run in landscape or allow a left-side tree view like the actual webpage? Seems clunky and sophomoric for an enterprise-app.

I had to download this horrible app in order to use my passwords, the features don’t work! Stop making things worse!!
Not happy
I’ve been using secret server app since it first came out. Now with the iOS 11 upgrade I can no longer use it because thycotic isn't going to support it any more. Not happy at all.

Needs improvement
This app is a good start, but it is sorely lacking some features. First, is is missing support for iPhone 6 and 6+ resolutions. No other app I use still has that problem. This is jarring because it also changes the size and shape of the keyboard, which leads to a poor user input experience. Second, it has no Touch ID support. It would be nice if the lockout timeout could support Touch ID; even Amazon supports this.
