As a dad of 4, my quiet time usually happens in 5-minute bursts between diaper changes and day today works. ThyWord has been a lifesaver.
The layout is super clean and doesn’t feel overwhelming. I can pull up a verse, read a quick devotional, and actually remember it later. My 10-year-old even uses the audio feature with me on car rides. She calls it “Bible time with Dad” and now my other kids want in too.
Love the reading plans because they’re bite-sized. I don’t feel guilty if I miss a day. The highlights and notes sync across my phone and iPad, so whether I’m hiding in the bathroom for 2 minutes of peace or waiting in the school pickup line, it’s right there.

Helped my prayer life feel more natural
My life is stressful and hectic and as a Christian I’ve been struggling to make time with my prayer life and relationship with God. This app has been a game changer! The app allows me to talk and say what’s on my mind and then it will give me a scripture and a prayer that relates to what I’m going through.
