The app is not been working for 3 days already. Plus the novels I am reading haven’t had new chapters. So it’s said the novel is ongoing but no new chapters have drops for weeks. How can we paid a novel that is not completed. The app still not working

I am getting upset already. I am trying to earn my coins so I can keep reading the novel that I really like but I noticed that yall are stealing my earnings coins without me reading a new chapter or using my coins on the chapter I already paid for. I am getting irritated. STOP TAKING MY COINS AWAY WHEN I HAD USE MY COINS TO KEEP READING THE SAME CHAPTER. I trying to earn my coins by watching ads. Is not fair yall using my coin ms to pay again for the chapter I had already paid for. I will delete this app if yall keep doing this . Plus yall lock all the chapters I had read and sometimes I try go go bad to remember or if I miss something of the story that I can’t remember what happened. Yall take my coins for going back to q chapter I had already paid for . Is not fair . Fix this.yall are still taking my earring coins by watching ads and I haven’t read my novel so I can read the book longer and I see yall steal my coins without me reading the chapter plus yall use my coins for the same chapter I left again and again. For 2days I have been trying to read and it is giving me a loading failed message. Help I miss my books!!!!!!

Is no working , it not showing anything. It’s said to refresh the page but it doesn’t do anything. Please fix it.

Been reading books that i have been paying for but its still Ongoing and takes a while to be updated example:Million dreams of you” etc etc. its a waste of money when you cant even go to Ending
The Arrangement (I think)
I can’t seem to get my problem resolved, so I will try this avenue. The app froze on me and I couldn’t get anywhere, so I deleted the app completely and tried to reinstall it, but somehow it is in my cloud and will only open the app that doesn’t work.
I love this app and I think it is my favorite, I do hope someone can help fix this!

The website done work anymore , I installed and uninstalled but still can’t find access to read. What happened whe download it is blank. Love the stories.

I have not been able to get the app to work for over 2 weeks. I had bought coins I no longer can access the site. They don’t even answer you back when asking for help.
