They are fraud
TIC Bank is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. They closed my account over a month ago without any valid explanation and are now refusing to return my money. They claim that my employment contract is ‘not valid,’ even though I submitted all the documents they requested, including my payslips. What does ‘not valid’ even mean when it’s the contract issued by my employer?
I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but their customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive. They keep giving me vague excuses and refuse to provide a proper resolution. Meanwhile, my hard-earned money is still being held hostage.
This entire process has been a nightmare, and their actions feel like outright fraud. Blocking accounts, withholding funds, and then blaming the customer with baseless claims is unacceptable.
