Tick has been rebuilt from the ground up, and it is not just Tick anymore. SEVENTEEN MORE GAMES You can now keep score for Gin Rummy, Five Crowns, Canasta, Shanghai Rummy, Liverpool Rummy, Cribbage, Pinochle, Wizard, Spades, Hearts, Bridge, Phase 10, Pitch, Oh Hell, Euchre, Skat, and Golf. Each one has a scoring screen built for that game rather than a plain number pad. Cribbage has a board. Bridge takes the contract and the tricks. Phase 10 tracks who is on which phase. Wizard and Oh Hell take bids before the round and score against them. Tick, Gin Rummy, and Five Crowns are free. The other fifteen unlock with one small in-app purchase that covers all of them. It is not a subscription, and it restores on your other devices. A COUNTER THAT DOES THE MATH At the end of a round, tap the cards left in your hand once each and Tick adds them up for you. It knows the point values for the game you are playing, including the wild card that changes every round in Tick and Five Crowns. Nobody has to add up a fistful of face cards in their head anymore. SAVE A GAME AND COME BACK TO IT Games no longer disappear when you put your phone down. Stop in the middle of round seven, come back tomorrow, and pick up where you left off. A HISTORY OF EVERY GAME Finished games are kept. You can look back at any of them, see standings across everyone you play with, and open a chart to see how one player has done over time. SHOW THE SCOREBOARD ON YOUR TV There is a companion app for Apple TV. It displays the scoreboard for the game running on your iPhone or iPad and updates as scores go in, so the whole table can see where things stand without passing a phone around. LET OTHER PLAYERS ENTER THEIR OWN SCORES Share a game and the other players can follow along on their own devices. You choose whether they can only watch or enter scores themselves. One person no longer has to be the scorekeeper all night. YOUR PLAYERS, SAVED Save the people you play with, give them avatars, and pick them from a list instead of typing names in every time.
