Awful
Constant issues with adding photos, updates, freezing and changes. It is frustrating for our team to use when they cannot log in at a job, cannot close a job off and are unable to add a photo to a job. If it wasn’t our clients preferred platform we definitely would not use it.
Great and easy to use software
Have been using Ticked off for over 3 years now with the business and it has made our maintenance so much easier and more efficient. Software is very user friendly for both our head office teams as well as our in store teams. Would highly recommend for any business.

Ticked off is the Uber of maintenance! This service has the ease of logging your jobs, being notified when and who will be completing your work, when the work is completed & if there are any additional issues that have been discovered on site.
The tradies & experts they send out to site have all been top quality workers and great people to deal with, so I am not concerned another who is interacting with my own team members on site.
The training that was received directly from Adrian and the team was also spot on and informative!

Lighting issues
Whenever issue with lights in our Head Office. Always have someone here on same day
Total rubbish
Designed by IT seat polishers who have no idea how trades work. Over-complicated with a very poor user interface. Apps should make work easier not add to the workload. This is garbage
