Extremely slow and buggy
The app is stupidly slow and buggy. It get on my nerves every time I have to upload a ticket. It frequently crashes.
Absolutely no instructions available. Unacceptable.
Can鈥檛 believe there are no instructions, FAQs, or Help available. Only a Legend available and that doesn鈥檛 explain next steps. Unacceptable.
