Solid app but can't show 2 teams

I really like the app but I'm experiencing the same issue others have mentioned. I can only select/see 1 team in the widget even though I paid for premium.

Can’t get passed the first page

Would love to try the app but when I put in my Sleeper username it keeps telling me that it is the wrong format

Used to work

I got this app at the beginning of the season and it worked great. I got a new phone and now when I try to log in it just tells me my username is in the wrong format no matter what I do.

Thanks for being a loyal user of Ticker. The problem was not with your phone. Rather, we had a bug on our end. All should be fixed with the version 5.0.1.

Love it

Love the free version but like others I am also having issues with viewing multiple teams after paying for the multipack. Looking forward to it being fixed.

We are glad that you are enjoying Ticker and that you have interest in the multiteam pack. Before we file a bug on our end, would you be able to test out the following steps? Long press on your widget and then tap "Edit Widget". You should then be presented with an option to open a menu. Does that menu contain your other added teams? Let us know if you have any luck with this. If not we can dive into the issue on our end.

I freaking love the idea of the application but it needs some work.
For one, I purchased the multi team pack for 99¢ so I can view my multiple teams within the widget but unless I'm missing something, I can add multiple teams in my profile but only the team on top is visible in the widget.
I would have to remove the team in order to view the following team which renders the widget useless in my opinion.
If I were able to swipe left/right or up/down on the widget to switch scoreboard, this would be the most useful widget on my Home Screen!
Please fix this issue and I will 5 star this bad boy!

We appreciate the love and the support by purchasing the multiteam pack. When you long press on your widget and then tap "Edit Widget", does the menu that is presented then still only have one of your added teams? Apologies if this is something you tried, but this is how you would change a team on your widget, despite the fact that we never specified that in app. Let us know if you have any luck with it.

Works perfect, just one problem

I love this app, everything works great, although after updating to ios17 and updating the app recently, I’ve noticed that some of my leagues have disappeared from the app. Everytime I go in to check my scores they’re not there, and when I try to re upload my teams in the app, they’re there for a bit and then disappear again when I try to check the scores

Overall amazing app though! Really helpful
