Best Ticker Ever!

After trying a number of other tickers for MacOS, I grabbed this one from the AppStore. It is by far the best that I've seen. The ticker runs perfectly at the bottom of the screen without flicker and is completely configurable, giving exactly what I want to see for my crypto and stocks. The only other thing that I need is a way to get Commodity Metal spot prices. Maybe I'm missing something but I can't get any metals symbols to work properly. Keep up the amazing work on the BEST Ticker around!

Needs work

It doesn’t list all equities. Maybe 50% of my holdings aren’t listed. It’s only a select few stocks you have to choose from. It’s not all listed stocks.

Thanks for the feedback! We’re constantly adding new symbols to our database and would be happy to include the ones you're looking for. Please send an email to info@skyrisere.com with your missing holdings and we’ll get them added to the app for you. We're also working on adding ETFs, TSX (and other international exchanges), more indexes and commodities. Comining in 2026!

This is perfect. I love it. However, I’m waiting or ETFs. Will buy as soon as that arrives.

Garbage

Shows huge “upgrade to TickerBar PRO” messages in the ticker bar, blasting you with endless advertisements unless you pay them. Useless garbage. If you don’t want people using a “free” version, then don’t offer one.

Thanks for the feedback. The upgrade prompts were never meant to take over the ticker, and I agree they showed up too often. I’m dialing them down in the next update so the free version stays useful without feeling intrusive. Great App!

Love the app but it desperately needs the New York Stock Exchange included (update: I’ve been notified, the NYSE is on their roadmap to be added.) I must say, this developer really works hard to fix and refine the app! Very happy with the communication offered. Thanks!

Love the app but it desperately needs the New York Stock Exchange included. Also, some initial Tahoe funkiness where it isn’t showing…! A link to some online shortcuts (to launch a browser to the Robinhood website, for example - or financial apps) would be great!

Great Ticker

I downloaded this to give it a try and love it so far. Simple interface, easy to read, ets me track stocks and crypto without having to open a window or use my phone.

Great find!

Discovered this app by fluke the other day and installed it on my Mac mini. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Like it so much I purchased it. Would like the ability to add more crypto to it. I’m sure it’s in the works. So far super happy with the App.
