Almost Useless
This app is almost useless. App sometimes shows upcoming concerts; sometimes not. It omits upcoming concerts at the same venue — the Holland Center. Right now, there are two upcoming concerts within the next 5 days with seats available, but they inexplicably are not listed here. There is no search feature. Can’t recommend. Good luck.

The other reviews scared me but no issues here
It seems they’ve taken previous reviews into consideration when making updates.
Granted, I purchased my tickets on my laptop then downloaded the app to view them as instructed. I’m not particularly tech savvy so I was not thrilled I needed an app, and the reviews had me worried, but I was able to find my tickets quickly and I screenshot each just in case the app doesn’t work on data tomorrow. I easily found future shows, tickets, and seating charts. It’s a simple app, but that’s all it needs to be.

Forced to use this terrible app
This app is terrible and less efficient than any other ticket delivery method. Just send us a pdf we can print or display on our phone like the rest of the world does.
Much much improved
As a subscriber, I must say this app is easy to use. I didn’t use the app last year so I’m not sure about those issues but it has clearly been updated. Thanks for the update!
Terrible service for minimal use
It’s honestly easier to use the TicketOmaha website to buy tickets, but you’re forced to use the mobile app to view any tickets you purchase. The app rarely loads on the first (or second) try and the interface is quite clunky. Other than seeing tickets 48 hours before an event (again, if the app can load properly), the app serves no purpose better than the website can.
