Cannot login

After buy a ticket for fun, try to login but it’s say cannot password not correct then do a forgot password, ask for email address but want to it’s said not exist . Try to creat account but email and username already exists!!! Actually what this app want??? Please do something!! Cannot login how i want to check my ticket???

When to log in, state ‘too frequent’, why? I put my own password, I remember my password, when key in password, pop up ‘too frequent’. FIX IT!!!!
