Macht genau das was sie soll und ist extremst einfach zu bedienen. Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn man in Rom mit den Öffis unterwegs ist.

Teure Überraschung
Wir waren mit vier Personen unterwegs. Ich habe dann für alle Tickets gekauft, was auch problemlos möglich war. Die Überraschung kam, als ich die gekauften Tickets an meine Mitfahrer weitergegeben wollte. Die Tickets sind an das Smartphone gebunden, eine Weitergabe ist nicht möglich. Also müssen immer alle zusammenfahren. Wenn sich die Gruppe aufteilt, um individuell die Stadt zu erkunden, muss nochmals ein Ticket gekauft werden. Das hat mir offiziell der Support bestätigt.

Ad oggi non può sostituire i biglietti cartacei o la card ricaricabile
L’app funziona abbastanza bene cioè non ci sono problemi nell’acquisto dei biglietti che risultano subito. Però ci sono due problemi. Il primo è che a volte i tornelli non leggono il q-code e quindi non si aprono… non ci sono problemi se c’è qualche controllore all’ingresso ma tipo la sera non c’è nessuno e quindi non c’è modo di usare il biglietto (già attivato e che quindi dopo 90 minuti scadrà). Il secondo problema dipende proprio dall’app stessa: un biglietto normale vale per una corsa metro e tutte le corse di autobus che si vuole entro 90 minuti ma mi è capitato di non poterlo riusare dopo aver passato i tornelli della metro! Risultava scaduto ed è scomparso! Con i biglietti fisici non c’è questo problema…

Die App funktioniert gut. Konnte in Rom Tickets kaufen für den „Atac“ ÖPNV. Anmeldung mit Apple Login ist ein großes Plus. Bezahlung mit Apple Pay macht es sehr einfach zu bezahlen. Leider ging der Kauf des Regionalexpress Tickets nicht. Aber mit dem Atac Ticket kann man auch damit fahren, was zwar teurer ist, aber für uns sowieso immer notwendig war.

Könnte besser sein…
Generell hat die App ein gutes Konzept, da es mit einer Kreditkarte möglich ist, relativ einfach ein 24h, 48h und 72h Ticket für Bus, Bahn & U-Bahn für Rom zu kaufen. Leider sind jedoch einige B+ Ticket-Scanner in der U-Bahn von Rom kaputt, weshalb ich es nächstes mal bevorzugen werde, die selben Tickets in einer U-Bahn am Automaten auf Papier zu kaufen.

Got charged €54 because of this stupid app
I purchased a €1.50 bus ticket in Rome only to get charged €54 by a transit controller “because I didn’t activate the ticket when I entered the bus”. The app had confusing instructions and it didn’t call out how to activate the ticket. Better pay for a taxi right away :)
Simple and easy to use
Just by credit card you can buy the available Rome tickets. One-ride, 24h, 48h, 72h and 7d passes, you show it from your app (though some scanners, watch out for B+ signs, are out of order)

Used it to ride the bus in Rome. With a credit card in your Wallet it’s very easy to use. No account needed :)

L’app è ottima e veloce ma…: Il biglietto cartaceo vale per una corsa su ogni metro: se prendo la metro C (una corsa) e subito dopo prendo la A (una corsa) e poi la B (una corsa) col biglietto cartaceo posso farlo con l’app no. Dopo aver convalidato per la metro ne posso prendere solo una… Sistematela per favore…

grazie per la risposta ma ad oggi se prendo la metro B e poi la A (senza tornelli) e dopo la C, sulla metro C non vede il biglietto, solo sulla C. Farò un video all’istante che succede così forse mi credete. Grazie mille per l’assistenza.

Può inviarci il video all'indirizzo support@ticketappy.com. Probabilmente quando è successo sarà stato un problema del tornello della metro C; le confermiamo che il biglietto attivato per la metro A/B è regolarmente valido anche per la C; noi stessi utilizziamo l'app e non abbiamo problemi a fare il passaggio che lei descrive.

I bought a ticket for the metro and the app wouldn’t load and let me activate the ticket or even access it. Had to go buy another ticket to get on.

Mi stupisco che questa applicazione sia su App Store.. fa veramente pena non la scaricate, non serve a nulla . Per pagare il parcheggio, biglietti del treno , biglietti autobus e tanto altro scaricate MyCicero! Funziona molto meglio

Salve, ci dispiace per la recensione negativa. Se però potesse indicare quali sono secondo lei le mancanze dell'app, la sua recensione potrebbe diventare utile per noi e per gli altri utenti, invece così sembra solo una pubblicità della concorrenza. P.S. per pagare il parcheggio provi la nostra altra app, ParkAppy: pochi passaggi per avviare una sosta e nessuna necessità di ricaricare borsellini virtuali.
Has stopped working.
App worked beautifully until today. I tried reinstalling the app, but I still cannot access my tickets nor buy new ones. I submitted a help request but have not received a reply yet. I saw the android version had a fix being released last month. Is there one for Apple as well?
