Charge for a service, refuse to provide
This is a review and warning about the shady practices this company utilizes. They claim to offer a refund insurance option available for purchase on certain event tickets. They will not provide this service. Even when the requirements are met, ticket purchasers are being refused refunds and are cancelling ticket purchases for future events. COVID-19 hit our industry hard and a company that refuses to honor its own policies are making it harder and harder for smaller events and venues to keep the profits from tickets sales coming in. It is recommended that you use someone else to sell your tickets... I know I will.

Works great
Really easy to use. Check in and ticket scanning were very smooth. No issues. You can also look people up by name if there is a problem or if they don’t have their tickets.
Great experience for my event
The scanning capability on the app was great. We had a few people at the entrance of our event download the Ticketbud app, and each person had no problems checking people in.
Better scanning
Way better scanning than before. I use the app for high volume events with lots of same day ticket sales. Works well!
App immediately crashes
iPhone 6S+ running iOS 9.2.

Doesn't seem to work
After installing the app, I have successfully logged in and the app closed itself. Now every time I reopen the app it immediately closes again. Hoping that this issue is resolved as I feel this app is worth an extra 3 stars working!!

New update
With the new update I can no longer log in. My email address is longer than the new character limit.

Does not work
Downloaded it both for iPad and iPhone and it doesn't work at all...waste of time.
It is not working at all
Just downloaded it. Shows your events but would not let you see your guest list or open the option scan. Right now it's useless. Hope it gets sorted before the date of the event.
Has never worked for me
Highly dissapointed. The web service itself is nice, however this app (at least the iPhone version) has crashed every single time I've tried to use it. I've not once been able to get past the events listing screen. The abilities that are claimed by ticketbud (iPhone scan check-in) are one of the main reasons we paid the $99 fee to use ticketbud. After contacting customer service we were told that they are aware it's broke and that we should print out our events list of attendees and check them off by hand. This is exactly what we are trying to get away from because it stalls the checkin progress and creates bottlenecks at the door. If ticketbud knows the app to be broke, they need to pull it from the App Store and stop advertising it's benefits as part of their service until its fixed.

Cool App!
I'm using Ticketbud on my iPad 3. Works really well. I have a few suggestions. Would be nice to run in landscape mode. Also really wish it had option to use front camera. My iPad is used as a cash register and the back camera is hard to use.
