TERRIBLE APP, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON’T USE!!!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I used the app to purchase tickets for a football match. When going through the process the app bugged and sent me back to main screen. I went through the process again and clicked confirm for the app to confirm I’d purchased 10 tickets instead of the 5 I was trying to purchase. Now they are giving me the run around telling me to contact the organiser for an error caused by their app. I don’t fancy my chances of getting a refund. £53 might not be much to them but it is to me!

Garbage.
This app is garbage. Is hard to use, and just makes paying for stuff more difficult than contactless. They just do it so that people leave unspent funds in the wallet. Absolute joke.
Hopeless
Put in all details including card no etc. and... nothing. Kept being shown credit card page. No tickets, no show, rubbish app.
No SMS code
One star for the idea. Downloaded App 4 hours ago. Still waiting for SMS code. Have tried downloading app twice requested code numerous times. Now ready to give up. Will pay for events online it's easier.
Convenient, but not the user
Interesting app, you go to a party that you can only pay with the app, they make you download it, put your data, top up fixed amounts and everything that you don't spend is nonrefundable..

Great app, used it at a gin festival recently. Made event payments very easy and traceable and showed exactly where I had spend my coin. Refund received shortly after event. Very good, people need to get out of their caves and embrace the future!
TicketCo Wallet
Really easy to use, saved me taking a lot of cash out with me. Also showed me details of what and how much I had been drinking which was interesting and paid testament to the sore head the day after the festival. Refunded my remaining cash automatically which was a nice touch.

Great app. Easy to use and got refund immediately so definitely not a scam. Obvious that the developers can gather vital data from events. Cashless society.

Really easy to use, fast payments at the bars and remaining balance gets refunded a few days after the event. Would recommend.
Difficult to use
Have had this app less than half an hour & cannot get my tickets as I did not put my mobile number on original order & it doesn’t seem to use my email address to do it. May well be deleting it.

Contactless fixed this years ago It seems like the only reason for this app is to keep hold of the cash you can’t refund. I’d like to report it rather than give it 1 star.
Slow, unresponsive, confusing
Slow, unnecessary technology- why not just use contactless card?
