Awful Service

What a scam. Ordered tickets and 3 days later the event was cancelled. Offered either 110% back to use with them again. Or the ticket cost minus service fees. So I spent over $1000 and only offered $823 back. And there isn’t even an option to enter the promo code option on the mobile website. Only have 48 hours to use it too. Awful customer service too. Don’t waste your money with this awful company. Learn from my mistakes.
